The server saves a snapshot of the member list every 6 hours (last 60 kept). This private link downloads the current list as a CSV without logging in — use it for automatic backups, and treat it like a password.

Pick a user and type their new password — it takes effect immediately. The password shows as plain text so you can read it to them without typos.
New users can sign in, view members, edit notes, and change memberships. They cannot delete anything, and no email verification is required. Entering an existing username sets a new password for that user.
Tours start on Friday, October 23.
Guests book their own tour on the tour page: the next three weeks of your weekly schedule below, never a tour starting within the hour. Turn it off and the page asks them to call or text you; you can still book anyone yourself here.
Tap a time to turn it on or off for that day of the week. Each tour is 45 minutes, with a 30-minute break before the next one and a lunch hour after the 12:30 tour. Bookings already on a time you turn off stay where they are: move or cancel them. To skip one date, use Close this Day or Close this time above. Want a time that is not here? Add it below, then tap the days it runs.
Members pick their own day and time on this page. Copy the link, or the ready-made text below, and send it to them.
